Lifetime Trade-up
All D.NEA diamonds qualify for lifetime trade-up. You may apply 100% of the original purchase price toward any diamond of greater value at any point in the future. This is an excellent solution for many of our customers if availability or their budget does not allow them to have their ideal diamond when they want it.
The original diamond must be returned and verified in original undamaged condition accompanied with its original certificate. If the certificate is not returned, there will be a $250 re-certification charge.
The trade-up applies to loose diamonds and does not include mountings or findings. We accept trade-in on mountings, though they are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Lifetime Buy-back
D.NEA will buy back your D.NEA diamond for 70% of the current price of a similar D.NEA diamond. The diamond must be returned and verified in original undamaged condition accompanied with its original certificate. If the certificate is not returned, there will be a $250 re-certification charge. The buy back applies to loose diamonds and does not include mountings or findings.
