Return Policy
We are proud to offer a 30 day money back guarantee to fully refund or exchange your purchase. Simply return the diamond or jewelry to us. Contact us and we can assist you with the return shipping process. Your return period starts on the day your order is shipped to you.
Credit card returns will be charged a 3% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee if a credit card order is exchanged for something of equal or greater value. The restocking fee does not apply to non-credit card payments.
For all special orders and customized diamonds, all sales are final. However, in the event you wish to return or exchange a special order, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find an amicable solution.
All diamonds and jewelry must be returned and verified in original condition with original packaging and certificates. If the certificate is not returned, there will be a $250 re-certification charge. Charges for customer requested grading reports, repairs or related services are non-refundable. Any alterations to the diamonds or jewelry will void a return.
All returns, including trade-ups and buy backs, require an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact D.NEA to obtain an RMA number.
Shipping Policy
All in-stock items are typically shipped within one to three business days. Most jewelry is made-to-order and typically takes 2-4 weeks. If there is a certain date you need jewelry delivered by, please let us know as we can accommodate most reasonable requests.
We offer free shipping for all diamonds and jewelry delivered to the USA and Canada, with the following delivery methods and times:
USA:
- up to $500 - USPS Priority, typically arrives in 2-5 days, including Saturday
- $500 and up - USPS Express, typically arrives in one day, including Saturday
Canada:
- FedEx International Priority, typically arrives in 1-3 business days
Shipping Upgrades:
- $15 - Upgrade Priority to Express
We can also ship via FedEx or UPS upon request. UPS and FedEx will only deliver to a street address, not to a P.O. Box.
A signature is required for all deliveries.
International shipments are delivered via FedEx or USPS Registered Mail. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your country. The recipient will be responsible for paying any local duties, taxes and/or customs.
Payment Options
D.NEA accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Check Cards and Debit Cards are accepted as if it were a credit card, with no PIN number required. We also accept Paypal, Checks and Bank Wire Transfers. Products will not ship until after all funds have cleared. You may purchase online via e-commerce, over the phone (877.522.3426), mail, or in-person.
Sales Tax
6% sales tax is applied to all orders delivered to a South Carolina address.
